The Shed – Art, Culture & Community in Broken Hill
About Us
Welcome to The Shed, one of Broken Hill’s newest art gallery and creative spaces! Opened in March 2024, The Shed is a vibrant collaboration between established artists Dirk Romeyn, who relocated from the Blue Mountains, and Brian Harris, a proud Barkandji man and talented Indigenous artist.
More than just a gallery, The Shed is a community-focused space that celebrates art, culture, and sustainability. This charming venue uses reclaimed and recycled materials and offers a welcoming atmosphere where visitors can experience a unique mix of contemporary and Indigenous art.
